Main Components:
SR Motor
- Foredom's 1/8 hp, ball bearing, hang-up style
motor and runs at speeds up to 18,000 rpm. This motor
is reversible - meaning it runs in both forward and
reverse rotation. Reverse is especially good for left
handed users, special texturing techniques and backing
out a stuck a drill bit. A note here:
this motor is of excellent quality and was a Foredom
standard for well over a decade.
FCT Control
- this foot operated speed control has solid state
electronics and comes in a heavy duty plastic housing
with an extra wide design.
44T Handpiece
- This collet style handpiece is popular among
woodcarvers since it accommodates larger accessories
with shank diameters up to 1/4". It comes with 3/32",
1/8" and 1/4" collets. The tapered design allows for
close and safe work.
The 44T is a member of the Foredom system of
interchangeable handpieces.

Belt Sander Attachment With H.30 Handpiece

New kit includes the AK797210 Belt Sander Attachment plus
H.30® Handpiece.
All metal quality-machined aluminum device attaches with ease
over the top of a Foredom H.30® handpiece with supplied hex key. Has 3
permanently lubricated ball bearings. Use to power sand and smooth metal,
wood, acrylic and composite materials. 4-7⁄8" long
x 1-3/4" wide (at widest) x 2" tall.
180 grit belt comes installed on attachment and 3 each of 100,
180 and 240 grit belts are included.
Sandpaper
belts measuring 7mm (9/32") x 257mm (10-1⁄8")
come with the attachment and are available separately in 5-packs of 100, 180
and 240 grit.
